Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD Policy
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments for major pin codes all over India.
- The maximum acceptable amount for COD will be Rs.50000 and minimum is Rs.3000
- B2B COD orders value above Rs.50000 and below Rs.3000 will be automatically cancelled.
- We will not entertain any further COD orders if the customer refused to accept it for the first time.
- 20% advance on COD Orders.
- COD orders will be cancelled if the customer does not respond to our confirmation call and message.
COD is applicable to
- B2B orders
- Bulk orders for corporate
How to confirm COD order
- Customer can call us on our helpline number +91 9289491942 and confirm the order.
If the customer rejects COD order
- If he/she rejects first COD order then no further COD order will be entrained.
- Íf customer has accepted previous COD and rejects one then he/she needs to give justified reason else next order should be prepaid otherwise will be cancelled without notification.
- COD orders will not be entertained if the customer tries to place an order with another email id, number or name after being blacklisted.
